pulsarX reaches 7000 users

The platform for design and dimensioning of photovoltaic projects, exceeds 7,000 users worldwide.
 02/25/2019 10:35

Today February 25, 2019, the 7,000 users worldwide have already surpassed.

pulsarX is a platform that helps an installer (not replace him) anywhere in the world, in the design and sizing of a photovoltaic project.

From pulsarSpace we want to thank you and inform you that we are still working hard to increase its functionalities and simulation capabilities.

During the next months, the work ranges supported by the platform will be extended, as well as offering new features at

New Space Spain 2018 Vigo

We were at the first New Space congress held in Spain.
 12/04/2018 12:13

On November 29, we were lucky to attend the congress in Vigo: New Space España 2018 - Off-Earth Business Opportunities.

Congress focused on the development, status and uses of aerospace technology in Spain, from the point of view and conceptual of New Space.

The event opened an emotional surprise video of Minister Pedro Duque, which the organization had prepared for all us.

Indicate that we greatly enjoy the presentations, highly qualified and of varied profiles, with special focus on rockets and satellites; cubesats

This is the first New Space event held in Spain, it should be noted the assistance of companies and actors in the sector, as well as the atmosphere and desire for collaboration that was experienced in the event, among all attendees.

From Pulsar Space we want to congratulate and thank the organization Alen Space + companies and organizations that collaborated to make it possible.

Liftoff Aeolus artificial satellite specialized in winds

The aeolus satellite will study the winds of planet Earth from space
 08/23/2018 12:01

It is a specialized satellite, in the study of the winds within the planet Earth, equipped with the latest generation sensors, a complete profile of the winds of planet Earth will be generated once a week.

Once all the information that is going to be generated is worked on, we will be able to generate more accurate weather models, we are looking at a satellite designed and designed for the study of winds.

It is orbiting at a height of 320kms from Earth, synchronized with the sun's cycles.

It provides a global measurement of winds at all levels of the atmosphere, up to 30 km.

Some of the improvements that provide are:

Main improvements in the understanding and modeling of tropical dynamics
    Improved accuracy of tropical forecasts
Improved forecast of intense wind events
Better definition of planetary scale waves

Duration of the mission: financed until the end of 2021; with a minimum of 36 months of nominal operations phase.

Galileo now has 26 satellites covering the world

Galileo is the European satellite radio-navigation and satellite positioning program
 07/26/2018 09:15

Since this July 25, the European global positioning system, called Galileo, has gone from having 22 satellites to 26. The total number of satellites that will make up the system will be 30 and the latest launches are planned for 2020, operating at an altitude of 23,222 meters (23kms) from Earth.

The Galileo positioning system began its commercial activity on December 15, 2016. The European Space Agency indicates that there are already more than 100 million electronic devices, which can work with Galileo.

In the image you can see 4 Galileo satellites loaded in an Ariane 5 (photo ESA).

pulsarX platform design and dimensioning photovoltaic reaches 4,000 users

pulsarX platform design and dimensioning photovoltaic reaches 4,000 users
 04/04/2018 19:57

pulsarX is a platform focused on the field of photovoltaic solar energy, which uses satellite data that, together with electrical algorithms, automatically designs and sizes a photovoltaic project anywhere in the world.
Simply introducing the geolocation of the photovoltaic project, the platform knows the amount of sunlight it will receive, and depending on the needs of consumption and production, pulsarX designs and sizes the installation; the amount of solar panels that are needed, regulators, inverters, wiring, etc.
Recently it has surpassed the 4,000 registered users.

California fires

California fires at december or 2017
 12/11/2017 15:19

Southern California suffers a wave of devastating fires that have burned an area of more than 65,000 hectares and forced thousands to evacuate. The drought in the area has made this a particularly tragic year in in terms of large-scale fires.

Fires have been captured by different satellites. In the following images, captured by ESA satellites and processed by pulsar Space, we can see an image of the area at north of Ventura (California) where fires are actives. The real color image allows us to intuit the magnitude of the fires because the enormous clouds of smoke. However, it is the second image where we can see the magnitude of the fires because a composed image, where we get through the smoke and clouds and see the active fires.
